If your case of water arrives damaged, leaking, or not as expected, please request a return or replacement through your Amazon account.
Amazon may ask for a photo to verify the issue, and will then arrange a replacement or refund.

  4. Choose Return or Replace Items

  5. Follow the prompts

Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and food-handling reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened cases or partially consumed items unless there is a quality or safety concern.
