Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Because our products are fulfilled through Amazon, all returns and refunds are processed via the Amazon Returns & Refunds system to ensure fast, secure handling and prompt refunds once items are received back into their network.

Important Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • We do not accept exchanges

  • Items must be unopened and unused, unless there is a quality or safety issue

If Your Order Arrived Damaged or Incorrect

If your case of water arrives damaged, leaking, or not as expected, please request a return or replacement through your Amazon account.

Amazon may request a photo to verify the issue and will then arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.

This process is designed to ensure you are looked after as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Amazon account

  2. Go to Orders

  3. Select your Little Hampton Spring Water order

  4. Choose Return or Replace Items

  5. Follow the prompts

Amazon will confirm the return and process your refund once the item is received.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For food safety and handling reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened cases

  • Partially consumed products

Unless there is a verified quality or safety concern.
