Little Hampton Spring Water is sourced from the Hepburn region of Victoria, an area known for holding some of the purest natural mineral springs in Australia. The water filters slowly through ancient volcanic and granite formations, naturally absorbing a soft mineral balance and clean, refreshing character.

We bottle and can our water at our dedicated water-only facility, which protects the purity and natural taste of the spring. No soft drinks. No juices. No flavourings. Just pure Australian spring water — handled with care from source to bottle.

Where Our Water Comes From

The Daylesford and Hepburn Springs region has been celebrated for centuries for its exceptional water quality. The story of our water begins millions of years ago, when volcanic activity created layers of porous rock across Western Victoria.

Rainwater seeps through these layers over time, traveling slowly through:

  • Granite

  • Basalt

  • Mineral-rich volcanic rock

As it moves, it is naturally purified, gathering gentle minerals while filtering out impurities.
It then rests in a confined aquifer 50 metres below ground, protected from modern environmental impact, until it is drawn for bottling.

The result is clean, balanced, naturally refreshing Australian spring water — with an uncompromised taste.
